Check with the equipment owner and manufacturer that adhesive graphics are suitable for the intended surface and position. Follow their instructions for preparation, cleaning, application, removal and safe operation. Do not apply graphics where the manufacturer prohibits them.
You are responsible for checking suitability, obtaining any required permission, testing a small inconspicuous area and applying and removing graphics correctly. Adhesion and removal vary with material, coatings, surface condition, cleaning products and length of use. We cannot promise residue-free or damage-free removal on every surface.
Do not cover safety information or interfere with seams, air openings, anchor points or the equipment’s safe operation. Stop using graphics if they lift or create a hazard, and follow the manufacturer’s advice.
This guidance does not limit your statutory rights or exclude liability for defective or misdescribed goods, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns & order problems
Personalised prints: Prints personalised for you or made to your specifications are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation.
Standard Doodle Pops packs and vinyl test samples: If you buy online as a consumer, tell us within 14 days of receiving your items if you wish to cancel, then return them within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Standard outward delivery is refunded when you cancel the whole order.
These removable vinyl products are single-use. If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods and reduces their value, we may reduce your refund by that loss in value.
Your rights if goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described are unaffected. Please email us with your order number for returns or order help.
